Job Description Possess well developed interpersonal skills;

Be able to manage changing priorities as well as the ability to communicate substantial aptitude to research and learn new concepts;

Possess a minimum of three (3) years experience as an application developer;

Possess experience developing data warehouses and designing websites using Microsoft technologies;

Be a selfstarter and a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Have the ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities;

Possess the ability to communicate with clients at multiple levels and from diverse ethnicities;

Be able to demonstrate skills and experience implementing projects using the following tools:

Microsoft Visual Studio
SSIS – development and configuration
SSAS – development and configuration
SSRS – development and configuration
SharePoint – development and configuration
C#/Team Foundation Server/.NET – development and configuration
TSQL (TransactSQL)
ObjectOriented Design and Programming
Dimensional Modeling – basic understanding
Relational Theory – basic understanding

Consultant must have the capability to perform the functions described in Section 13, Scope of Work.

PROJECT OVERVIEW


These requirements involve a complex system of databases, web applications, and processes. Specifically, reporting/analysis tools involve the following components:

Data Collection;

Development of a data warehouse that includes data from multiple partners (as detailed in the Scope of Work);

Reporting and analysis applications;

Dashboard reporting for accountability measures; and

Creation of a webportal with various layers of security/confidentiality.

he prevention data system has been enhanced to capture environmental strategies from coalitions. However, other needed data pertinent to prevention is not currently located in a single place where it is easily retrievable at both State and community levels. Through enhancing the SAPTA data warehouse to store data from multiple sources and building a web portal to access the data, greater efficiency will be achieved when providing reports for analysis and planning to SAPTA’s community partners. Most notably, prevention partners will gain access to data which was previously unavailable or extremely cumbersome and time consuming to retrieve.

SCOPE OF WORK

Consultant must perform all activities to the agreed upon project plan/schedule.


Build and test data transfer processes to import data into our current data repository from multiple sources, which may include but is not limited to:



Prevention Services
Coalition Events
Treatment of Pregnant Women
Treatment of Veterans
Treatment of Native Americans
Treatment of Adolescents
Cooccurring Mental Health


Analyze and improve the current data structure to accommodate the additional requirements of this grant.

Build and test management reports as detailed in deliverables.

This foundational data portal framework must allow for the development of user queries and printable reports with user supplied query parameters.

13.6 When accessing data specific to funded providers, the foundational framework must be able to manage users so they can only access their agency specific data.
