Job Description The Workflow Developer shall have a demonstrated background in database methodologies and programming and implementations of Metastorm BPM. Develop solutions to users' problems and determine the technical and operational feasibility of their solutions. It is expected that candidates have five to seven years of progressively more complex assignments demonstrating experience across the range of activities set out below:
Serves as an advisor to the OHRM in regard to workflow development and business processes to help the organization perform more efficiently and be more productive.
Experience with Metastorm BPM, including forms, scripting and workflow design, with implementation and maintenance of workflow systems for a HRM environment.
Proficiency in Metastorm BPM, Metastorm Architecture and Web services. Must be able to code within the Metastorm environment to implement specifications and requirements.
Have general web design experience (JavaScript, C# .Net, SQL, IIS, CSS, HTML)
Have excellent communications and documentation skills and should be able to work closely with developers and data analysts to identify, design, and implement workflow solutions for the purpose of supporting and automating HR processes.
Possess software development life cycle experience, such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Knowledge of SOA design and implementation.
Familiarity with relational database design and management.
Gather user requirements and turn them into system specifications/requirements for coding.
Strong SQL experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 or Oracle
Experience with Agile or SCRUM methodologies.
Ability to create and manage SSIS packages.
Familiarity with SharePoint and InfoPath.
Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Consult with management to ensure agreement on tactical and strategic objectives for systems.
Develop, document and revise test procedures.
Provide staff and users with assistance solving software related problems.
Recommend new equipment, software packages, and upgrades.
Experience with visual Studio .NET, C#, and IIS.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint websites.
Proficiency in logical and physical data modeling and database design.
Proficiency in objectoriented analysis and design, UML modeling, XML and SOAP.
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Experience with VM setup and administration.
