Looking for smart people who know how to get things done. The Web Application Developer position is responsible for designing, coding, and implementing highly available and reliable software solutions for the healthcare industry. This person will work on advanced web application projects using both .NET and Java technologies.
Duties:
* Collaborate with team members, including customer representatives, in a highlyinteractive design and development environment
* Develop new functionality for ASP.NET web application
* Develop new Java web applications for the application platform
* Maintain applications in both ASP.NET and Java
* Provide assistance with software installation, troubleshooting, configuration
Qualifications:
* B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Demonstrated history designing and successfully implementing software solutions in a collaborative team environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills – both internally and with clients
* Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
* Must have a personal commitment to quality
* Solid experience with C#, including advanced .NET 3.5 concepts
* Experience with ASP.NET, Java, HTML, and AJAX
* Experience with TSQL in a highperformance, highvolume MS SQL database is a big plus
* Experience with JavaScript toolkits such as JQuery UI is a plus.
* Experience with version control tools such as Subversion is a plus
* Healthcare experience, especially with laboratory ordering workflows, is a plus
