Shannon is a very valuable asset to any development team, as one who is always looking ahead and trying to improve the status quo. Shannon’s work ethic is great, he is always willing to do anything in his power to get things accomplished for the team. Shannon doesn’t just become a team member who shows up to put in his 8 hours and go home… he gets emotionally involved and attached with the team, and treats them like family. I look forward to another opportunity to work with Shannon in the future.

Shannon is a great out of the box thinker, with an extensive knowledge of many of the languages/applications in use in the work environment today. He has an inante ability to organize a system using specified applications or create a system using several different applications which uniquely fit the bill for the task at hand. He is detail oriented and a good team player, working well with others in the sharing of knowledge and offering assistance when needed. Generally a great guy to have as a colleague and would be an asset to any organization which carried him on the payroll.
