Job Description This person will provide first level RFS (Request For Service) technical support to existing valid users of auto wash products and services. Resolves initial contact problems via computerized detail screens and supported resources. Adhere to the company's measures and protocols during the call flow process.
Looking for Level I Help Desk professional who have 6 months plus Customer Service Experience. There is an extensive training period to get candidates ramped up.
Hardware knowledge. Our client creates the software that controls the Hardware in a Car Wash. The support center takes calls from the owners of gas stations and talks them through issues with either the software or hardware.
Basic Knowledge of SQL and software is a PLUS. They have their own proprietary software that they will be trained on so it isn’t important that they know a lot but just that they have a basic understanding.
If you have some ATM support experience is a huge PLUS (client may pay more based on experience and salary history).
