Job Description Currently seeking a motivated Software Engineer living in the LA area to support its Surface Transportation & Security Systems division. They need to currently be enrolled in school and able to work 2030 hours a week. This position will be involved in many phases of software engineering including software development, system integration and testing under supervision.
Required Experience:
Up to 3 years of Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, MIS, C, C++ or Java programming classes.
Desired Experience:
Experience with industry software tools and products such as SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio, Netbeans, Make, and CVS desired. Software as a Service, ClientServer Architecture, RealTime Systems or XML experience desired. Experience with Oracle and Windows operating systems preferred.
Educational Requirements:
Currently taking classes towards BS or MS degree in Computer Science or other technical area is preferred.
